1. How fast will my package be delivered?
All orders are processed within 1 working day. As an international company, we ship our packages worldwide from our warehouse in Europe.
Delivery time for Western Europe is 1–6 business days, and for the rest of the world, it’s 3–10 business days.


2. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free at BUNKRVISION.


3. How can I check the status of my package?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.
Packages from BUNKRVISION are always shipped with tracking.


4. What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
We create products that are meant to make life easier. Of course, sometimes a product might not be the right fit for your specific situation.
In that case, we offer you the chance to try it out for up to 30 days.
If you register your return within 30 days via info@bunkrvision, we will refund the full purchase amount after we have received the product.


5. How can I pay?
All payments at BUNKRVISION are processed through the Dutch payment provider Mollie.
You can safely pay using Bancontact, iDEAL, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
